World of Maths Roadshow

Today we visited the World of Maths Roadshow in the hall.  There were fun, challenging maths activities which made us use our brains in different ways.

Garden Learning

Thanks Mr McCaven for showing us the grass clippings that will eventually turn into compost. We learned that the grass clippings will get warm and decompose and then they will help the school gardens grow.

Compost Learning

Mr McAven showed us around the compost and garden on Thursday. We learned about where our fruit scraps go and how the garden grows better with compost.
